  • Honey, I've been where you are. I've lost four babies to miscarriage. Every little thing has you scared to death that you're going to lose your baby. Every twinge, every ache has you wondering, every drop of discharge sends you to the bathroom with your heart in your throat. I know. But worrying isn't going to help you if there's something wrong, and it's going to ruin the quality of your life for the next six months if all is well. Not to mention you'll get ulcers and anxiety and maybe harm your baby. You need to figure out how to relax and let nature take its course, as difficult as that is, or you'll drive yourself right off the deep end.

  • It sometimes happens are you drinking milk or getting enough calcium from another source?
