I have 10K runner (I believe it also comes in 5k)
I tried couch to 5K and prefer 10K runner. More variation and easier program to advance in.
You can find charts online (like the one above); however, the app talks to you.
So lets say you are are in week2 day3: your run today would be run 1.5min walk 2min, repeat 6 times. Instead of watching your watch, the app tells you what to do while you listen to your music.
So you're jamming and running and then your music volume lowers and you hear "walk". Then your walking and jamming and your music volume lowers and you hear "Run". It makes it so so simple!
