  • Sure, have your SO/DH's sperm spun in a centrifuge and have them extract a sperm with a Y chromosome and have it injected into your egg and implanted

  • There is a long standing rumor that if you stand on your head for one hour every morning for two weeks after your period and then have sex (with a man) 5 times in a row (as in 5 minute rest periods) you chances are increasedi

  • Dardenella is correct, that is how I got all of my boys! I will say that we had to have sex while I stood on my head, perhaps this is just an old wive's tale, but me and my 42 boys couldn't be happier, of course 30 were twins, double lucky!
