Went tanning today and noticed the owner was working.
Got in the bed and kept smelling something.
Kind of perfumed after sun funk. I kept checking my pits, making sure it wasn't me.
I knew the beds had been cleaned because, like I said, the owner was on duty and she's kind of OCD.
Then I got to feeling a little warmer than usual...got out and realized everywhere my body had touched the bed was RED!
WTF? I don't get red.
Asked if the bulbs were new (possible reason).
Nope- and then she looked at me and said, "Oh my god- you're burnt".
Another employee had gotten in and told us, "Tinglers".
I guess standard bed cleaning agents can't break down the residue left over from Tinglers, so anyone else who comes in contact with them has the same affect?
There is going to be a policy change over the incident. They will also purchase new cleaning agents.
If you fake bake and use Tinglers- am I going to have uneven spots?
And how long will it take for the pain to go away?
The other employee said about 30 mins. but it has already been that long.
