do you think 29 or 30 is too old to have a baby? when is it too old ?

  • No. I always figured once you stop having a period then you were too old.

  • Have you forgotten about the 60 plus year old mother?

    I just would be worried about birth defects

  • While I personally wouldn't have a baby then, no I don't think that's too old. I don't think age is much of a worry until 35+.

  • No it is not too old. As long as a woman is healthy and strong she can keep having babies.

  • There are a handful of us that had babies in our 40's.
    "I" think I was a bit oldish to be doing it. After all, I'll be about 60 by the time he graduates.

    I was also high risk with markers for not just Down's Syndrome but also Dwarfism.

  • If you've been trying your whole life to have kids and you got pregnant at 40, then so be it. If you have children who are grown, and you get baby fever again at 40, then I think that is foolish.

  • Nope, I am 34 and I want another kid. I don't know how old is too old, just know I haven't reached it yet.
