  • Call the police and file an assault charge. I'm quite serious. Shoving and kicking are NOT allowed. She doesn't want to pay rent, she can spend the night in JAIL.

  • remove her from the home. Move her and her things to the curb

  • and I agree call the police.

You might invest in changing those locks

  • You tell the overgrown uncivilized brat to get her ill-behaved ass out of your house before you call 911. Then you inform her father that she won't be returning, and that she's lucky you aren't filing charges. Or you file charges, if you'd rather.

  • Definitely time to evict her.

You'll need to get her father to back you up on this one.

  • You kick her out and you press charges. If she's an adult, then she's more than old enough to control her emotions and to realize that physical abuse because you're angry or frustrated is not acceptable. Since she chooses to do it anyway, she needs to face the very real, very legal consequences.

  • Kick her in the ass as you're putting her out the door.

  • I agree with pretty much all of it. Time for her to get out in the real world. Or perhaps a stay in a nice little jail cell will do her some good. She won't have to pay rent there. I'm also for pepper spraying her face next time or use of a taser.

  • Do what you'd do if it weren't your daughter: call the police.
