  • At least time out if she been told before this is a bad name, hurts feelings, and is not right by the father? And mom still does nothing about it?

  • Allowing a child to call anybody names will not teach good habits, and saying anything damaging about a child's other parent, and letting that child repeat it, is damaging.

  • children should be taught to respect their parents. And parents should know to respect each other so the children do not start something that will be a hard habit to break.

  • Maybe it's just me- but I see it as cute...not meant in a mean or hurful way -especially from a 4 yr old

I guess it depends on how the word has bbeen used around her- you know?

  • So this is a divorced situation? I guess the mother is calling the father crazy, and the child has heard it, of course it isn't right, ,but what can YOU do to stop it? Her father should tell her to not call him names period.
