What to buy for a 6 year old girl for her Birthday?

My Son's friends Party. I'm a pro with buying boys toys but girls toys have me stumped. Any specific ideas?

  • You can't go wrong with Barbies. Little girls are heavily into those brightly colored mismatched socks too. You can find them anywhere right now. Otherwise, maybe a gift certificate to Claire's.

  • Littlest pet shop pets? A glitter diary? Dress up clothes?

  • All good answers. Also moxie dolls or character dolls like selena gomez or the shake it up girls. My daughter loved those dolls. Or a pillow pet.

  • Hula hoop, jump rope, skip-it, a gift card to Toys-R-Us, nail polish or makeup set, water toys, board game..

  • I say a princess outfit, they have them at walmart, for around $20 bucks. I wish I could fit into one, LOL!

  • I just asked my kid what you should buy her, and he said all girls love diamonds and perfume, I think I would stick to what is above me^^^ LOL!

  • Anything to do with princesses. Crayons and a coloring book.

  • Is she into Monster High dolls? Those are the latest craze. My dau has quite a collection of them already. Then there's always hair pretties, friendship bracelet making kits, 3-D sidewalk chalk (it really works!) or a gift card to a video rental place, Target or Toys R Us.

  • Arts and crafts, barbie, books, board game, clothes, hair stuff. I would stay away from makeup, nail polish stickers iknow a couple parents that dont like those.
