I just read that this method has a 27% failure rate; however, if it's done correctly, the failure rate is 4%-on par with other forms of BC. Anyone here get pregnant using this method?Answer Question

Actually, the pull out method along with basal body temperature method can be very effective. I did this for eight years and I did get pregnant last fall (I had a miscarriage though), it was because of a few days of carelessness. I have had bad reactions to most birth controls so this is what has worked for me (when used properly).

I used the pull out method for 3 years with no pregnancies. The one time he got "lazy" and decided not to pull out...
