A typo? The darn school isn't open, What in the world are "frisky" shears?

In all my years of buying school supplies, I have never seen this, it says one pair "frisky" shears, pointed child safe shears for art.
Google is not my friend today, you don't even want to know what came up.
DS is in a new school, and I have never seen any brand or what the hell they are talking about, how can something be pointed and child safe at the same time?
And now I notice there is no BACK to SCHOOL category, LOL!

  • I have purchased Fiskars before, but the fact they said SHEARS and spec. for ART, had me thrown off. Another trip to Target, here we go!
