  • The only essential oil I use is eucalyptus oil. He has horrible allergies and I put a little on a handkerchief and put it in his pillow case to help keep his nose clear at night.

  • The only one I use is oregano oil. When your sick just put a drop or two on the bottoms of your feet at least once a day until you're better. Do not put it on any other part of your body unless you dilute it because it burns, it doesn't burn the bottom of your feet and I've used it on dd a couple times and she never had any problems with it burning her feet. It really does work. I had a kidney infection and I couldn't take the antibiotics because the pills were huge and I kept gagging on them and I put diluted oregano oil on my back a couple times a day and it was gone in 4 days.

  • I tried lavender oil, but it triggered migraines for me, so that was the end of that.
