Just want to put it out there

I am so proud of my little brother.

My brother had a really hard time in high school. In 9th grade his father (my stepdad) passed away. He stopped going to school and started doing drugs. He was out of control for almost two years. In February he decided to turn his life around. He moved in with me so we can study every day for a GED. A month ago, he passed the test and last week enrolled in college. Technically a year early. He is not on drugs and is finally acting very good.

Just wanted to say that

  • How great is that? Both of you should be very proud. When someone decides to help himself and another person is there for him, well, that's the good stuff, the stuff life is made of.
