Im in extreme pain..

It was a sudden onset of pain in the right side of my back and the pain goes into the right side of my stomach but the pain is worse in my back. The pain is making me exhausted and dizzy. I don't want to go see the doctor if it just sounds like constipation. The pain is so bad its going into my leg:(

....Ok. Then I take it back. It couldn't possibly be any number of things including kidney stones. I am going to guess it's a gunshot wound or roller coaster accident.
