Do you wash your fruit/veggies?

With what? Do you buy that veggie wash?

  • no veggie wash. just water. and I wash/rinse it thoroughly. that's how my mom has been doing it when we were kids. and we turned out fine. no disease or sickness for only using water to wash fruits/veggies

  • When I used to work in NYC and I bought fruit from an outdoor fruit stand, I would wash it with dish soap! I would just imagine how many people had already squeezed that pear and it really grossed me out. Now I just use water.

  • I just use vinegar and water it seems to remove a lot of stuff.
