Not sure where to put this one, but i need some advice

i have a friend who's grandfather just dies two weeks ago. i'm helping her clear out his house, because the family is selling it. i ended up with four bags of stuff about the kawis club. the grandfather was the president at one time and the secretary about three times. i called the local number for the group, they are no longer around here.
this is where i need the advice: what should i do? toss all the bags in the trash or find the number of the main group which is in the next city.

there's all kinds of names and contact info so i'm not sure what i should do.

  • Kiwanis Club?

Try this link for the closest one near you & ask if they want the items:

  • What kind of stuff? Paperwork?
    Do you mean Kiwanis?

  • I would at least try to find a contact and see if the bags are wanted, but if something doesn't turn up in fairly short order, I wouldn't make an FBI investigation out of it. I would think the club would have taken the most important stuff when the deceased person first left office.
