  • I have a co-worker that swears by the Gatorade. It's funny cuz he drinks it every morning, even if it's not hot outside. When he comes in with 2 of the big jugs of Gatorade, I know the night before was a good one for him.

    For me, anything greasy works and lots of water and rest. Then I swear never to drink again.

  • hubby swears by a big greasy burger for hang-overs

    I used to drink water and take ibuprofen before bed- and very rarely ever had hang-overs

  • 3 pints of cool, clear water to flush the remaining alcohol out of your body and then wait a couple of hours.

  • Yeah, as charlotsomtimes said, a doc friend told me that if you can remember take a lot of water and some advil or tylenol before going to bed.
