I grow my own peppers and was wondering if you can freeze them. I pick a few at a time and put them in the fridge. Others stay on plant till I'm ready for more. Anyone have any storage advice for me?

  • I freeze my peppers in a zip lock bag.

  • I put water in a freezer bag then add the peppers, keeps the skin intact.

  • You can dry them out to. We string them up on string. Yes, you can freeze them.
