Can I use bread flour in cookies?

I accidentally grabbed the wrong flour. Did I need to run back out or will bread flour be fine?

  • Then it's just a personal preference thing. For me, chewy chocolate chip is a good thing, chewy sugar cookie, not so much.

  • Thank you! I have a little regular flour left, I 'll use that for the sugar and the bread flour for the choc. chip.
