  • My youngest 2 kids had them around 7-8 months when they started picking up finger foods, I cut them in small pieces. They used to say to wait on strawberries until 1 due to allergies, but now they are saying its okay to go ahead and introduce them.

  • I never knew there was any concern about allergies and strawberries. I started cutting them up small for my daughter as soon as she could pick up soft finger foods and chew them. She was six or seven months old, I guess.

  • I was always told they were some of the last things to introduce. My best advice is to talk to your doctor. They usually have a list and a relative order or progression to take when feeding baby.

  • A year they say. I did it at 6 months by mistake. It was a fruit mix by gerber. Oh well.
