  • Fluids and rest, same as if you weren't pregnant, unfortunately. Cool cloths on the head will have to take the place of OTC medicine. Ask your doctor if there's anything you can safely take.

  • Call your OB/Midwife if it's actually the flu. I had the flu while pregnant with my now 8yo and it is actually risky for baby & mother.G/L I hope it's not the flu.

  • Are you talking about a stomach virus? Stay hydrated,and go into the ER if you're unable to keep anything down within 6-12 hrs
    Influenza is a respiratory disease.
