  • both..you usually ovulate a couple days before and after..so do it to it lol.Seriouly tho it worked for me.

  • I always got pregnant right in the middle. About 9-14 days after the start of my period.

  • take this from a pro!!!! i did many many many treatments and they alway inseminated on day 14 or 15!!! check the discharge when it is thick and stretchy that's when it's time!!!
