Do your kids snack before bedtime? If so what do they eat?

My kids (6 & 2) do & they're sick of Cheerios or Bananas. I'm stumped for other non-salty ideas. What do your kids like to munch on before bed?

and i make sure she gets something large and heavy before the three hour therapy (and snacks during therapy)- she does better when she has calories in her
so before bed- not so much
but our schedule is screwy as therapy is 3:30- 6:30

carrots are always a fav...if your have enough teeth
cheerios and bananas sound like young toddler snack, less teeth?

  • Not usually. If he had dinner really early then maybe a granola bar or half a PB/honey sandwich but that's about it.
