Does anyone know what avenue to take to get child into modeling without up front fees?

I know someone who is a professional photographer so I will have a portfolio, but what is next?

  • You should have zero fees with the exception of the portfolio to gain the attention of the agency.
The agency will then take their own pictures.
If the agency asks you to pay for the pictures it is not reputable.

When an agency takes a client they are in fact investing in the client and will then actively seek out work for the client in order to recoup and monies spent.

Never give an agency any money. EVER!

  • How old is the child?

  • If it's like most industries you break into, the legitimate companies won't charge fees up front. Be wary of any who do.
