My 4 month old has has been cry n screaming all day yesterday and is till going today he has been getting a hard tummy off n on an is still unsettled.

  • what have you done for him? rub his tummy? burp him more?...

  • Call his pediatrician and they can advise you. If they do not answer you, call the nurse line number on the back of your insurance card. They can help.

  • How's baby being fed? Has anything changed in his diet? You may need to change things back.

    This is an age where lots of parents introduce solids, and that can cause these problems. Really, it's still early for them, despite what your doc tells you. Most docs have little training in infant nutrition. The infant gut isn't closed and ready for solids till six months.
