Is it easier to forgive or forget?

for me forgiving is easier.

  • I don't know....forgetting I guess. When someone wrongs me, I never forget. I am not a very forgiving person but even when I do forgive I will never forget.

  • Depending on what the infraction was, I struggle the most w/ forgetting. But for me, forgiveness does not come easy. I need to work on that.

  • Forgiveness is a choice. I don't think we are supposed to forget. We are only to release the offender because unforgiveness hurts no one except the person who harbors it.

  • its easier to push the thoughts from your mind and just leave the thoughts alone but in time if needed just try to forgive and see the positive or think about their reasons.
