The whole 9 months on and 9 months off thing for pregnancy weight?

My baby will be 9 months old soon! It's true! I think I look exactly the same as I did pre-pregnancy.

There is hope and I think this 9 month rule of thumb is right.

  • Not in my case... but in some it is. Some its 2 years.... some it takes 18 years.... some it takes 2 weeks.... Everyone is different, but congrats on losing yours, I know it feels awesome.

  • My baby is 27 and I still have not got it gone.
Was I actually supposed to do something to work it off?

  • I should say weight distribution and body image. I wasn't that much heavier but the imagery was definitely different.

  • Be careful if you are nursing and you stop. That's when the weight jumped me from behind.
