    I think as long as he is advocating any kind of violence he should be fired.  JMO.

  • I would say yes to hate crimes prosecution... no telling how many fires he has fueled with the hate.

  • I'm trying to remember; I think you can only prosecute if your incendiary speech actually leads someone to take action. Tom Metzger was sued successfully because his White Aryan Resistance work influenced the killers of an Ethiopian college student.

  • Not only should he be fired, he should be brought up on charges. If the charges won't stick, he needs to be monitored very closely. He sounds like a violent, hate-filled nut job!

  • I definitely agree with that. Should he be prosecuted for hate crimes/ speech? How about for inciting a war?
