Bought a bone-in ham - can I freeze it?

  • Yes you can wrap it well and make sure you have no tears in the wrapping. That is what will let air in and freezer burn will set in. I have frozen them for 6 months but I think that is about the maximum in a standard freezer/ refrigerator, recommended.
