Can you get pregnant even if you havent had a period after a m/c ?

  • im almost positive it is possible. Anything is possible. i got preggo with my daughter after 6months on birth control and breast feeding my son! Did you have a DNC? if i remember correctly that is done to lower risk of infection and makes it easier to get pregnant if you were trying.

  • It's always possible because you ovulate prior to having a period. It's one of the reasons one or two cycles is recommended in between a miscarriage and ttc-- for dating purposes of a new pregnancy

  • well, if you have had unprotected sex, then yes it is possible for you to get pregnant after a m/c. Good luck to you if you are trying. and if not, be CAREFUL! :-)
