What's for dinner tonight?

We are having my all time favorite....muffulettas! Cajun potato salad and watermelon with it.

  • It's a fend for yourself nite around here. Hubby's out doing yard work, & I just popped in here for a minute before I have to start wrapping gifts for the raffle we have at the family reunion coming up soon. My dau is at a friends house til about 9p- so that leaves my oldest son to either eat left-over pizza or whatever else he can find around here. I decided since I've had a couple of my fav. drinks, that I would make myself some turkey & cheese nachos w/ Colby-jack cheese. I know, I must be buzzed for that to sound good, right?! lol :p Oh well, I get to look forward to some yummy cooking out over the weekend. :p
