Ok, most of you know I live in Oklahoma. It is August and the geese are back already?  Anybody else pay attention to the birds.  We have a big field in our back  yard. They stay there most of the winter.  I don't remeber them comming so early.

  • The Canada geese (not Canadian geese) are on the move for sure.... They layover in many fields here on their way south. Dirty, nasty shit machines need to go away!

  • Uh oh! Are they Canadian Geese? We've been seeing them fly overhead in groups here in NY. I hope this doesn't mean a bad winter for us in the north :(

  • I haven't started to hear them much yet. The sound of the geese flying overhead is one of my favorite things about the coming of fall.

  • Not all geese migrate, there are many who are well fed and warm that stay around, our local pond has geese that never go anywhere, LOL!

  • Our geese have been flying south for a month now. I'm certain we'll have a cold winter. Yuck!
