  • Put him/her back as many times as it takes - which may be hundreds the first night but will gradually be less as they realize you won't give in

  • Is she getting up at bedtime, or later during the night? What does she do when she gets up? How much sleep does she typically have in 24 hours? What have you tried? What is her regular bedtime routine? More info would help.

  • Yea, the kennel would be more comfortable. Kid could strech out!

The only thing you can really do is keep puting her back to bed tell she goes to sleep.

  • Actually I found putting her back over and over again didn't work for me. I found granting one small request (say a sip of water or finding a Teddy) and putting her to bed one time and ignoring her after that workrd better. She lurked around the first couple of nights, then she got the picture.
