How many glasses do you think are in a big bottle of wine?

The 1.5 liter kind. My guess was low.

  • Approximately 3.5 glasses.

Granted I'm basing this off of my 20 oz wine glasses. I ain't got time for a 4 oz serving of wine.

  • It depends on how big the glasses are.

  • I was thinking 4. But the only way I would be able to tell you for sure is if I line the glasses up on the counter, fill them up, count the glasses, and then write down that number before drinking any of them.

Darn it! Now I want some wine and the liquor dept is closed. Pink moscato sounds really good right about now. Or my go to wine: strawberry white zinfindal

  • Ummm ... enough that if you finish the bottle by yourself, whether or not you waste time with glasses, you'll be asking us all for our best hangover remedies in the morning. *Smile.*

  • Back when I was planning my wedding, I remember the catering manager saying a standard bottle of wine had six glasses, so I'd think the large bottle would have 12 glasses.
