Has anyone tried the cooling pillow?

I don't have night sweats (yet), but I've always been a hot sleeper. The pillows I have right now are the squishy kind that I can rearrange however I like. However, over the past few weeks, I've been waking up w/ kinks in my neck, so I know it's time to get a new pillow. Just wondering if I could get opinions from anyone who has tried it. Thanks :)

  • I need a cooling BED. What happened to the times when I could shower at night and feel clean in the morning??? Oh, I miss being 17.

  • No, but I like the sound of it. I just can't tell if it would be comfy. I have a contoured pillow already. How much do they cost? I might just try it.

  • I got it at JCPenney. I don't remember how much it was but it was a life saver during menopause. I want to say maybe $25 or $30? Seems pricey for a pillow but, seriously, I got my first decent night's sleep in months with that thing

  • Let us know if you get one, how it feels. I've heard the commercials on TV and wondered.

  • Both my husband and I have one made by Sealy, it has a gel layer on top. He loves his but I still wake up sweaty sometimes. I still think there's nothing better than a good feather pillow.

  • I've seen all different types advertised- anywhere from $30.00 up to $120.00. I would be willing to pay a little to get rid of this neck pain. The pain I woke up with today is almost unbearable. :/
