Making a sticker chart for my 4 yr old...

Need some suggestions... What kind of things can I put on there that will be easy her to obtain, but yet something she has to work for. And do I repeat these goals or whatever every week? Or make it different goals every week?

  • Do a trial one. See what works. Don't get too fancy my kid hated hers.

    Dress self
    Eat dinner
    Help with chores
    Keep room clean
    Practice writing
    No tantrums
    Clean up toys
    Set table

Whatever she normally does and some of the trouble areas. You know better than I what she needs to accomplish in a day.

  • Choose two or three goals that are most important and stick with them till the behaviors are learned and improved, before jumping around to other behaviors.
