What's for dinner?

Boxed mac and cheese with bacon and hard-boiled eggs chopped up in it. Yeah, I know, I can feel my arteries hardening. But I feel like crap and I want comfort food.

  • My mom spoiled my daughter and I. She took us out for supper. I ordered taco salad. I love tacos and love salad. Tonight I had the nastiest taco salad ever. The meat was cold, the lettuce was bad and the whole thing was just gross.

    But my daughter's food was good and I didn't have to cook.

  • A slow-roasted chicken from the Kroger deli & a tossed salad. Since I chopped veggies, that counts as cooking, right?! :p

  • We had a fish fry! Fresh cod coated in egg and panko bread crumbs deep fried along with bliss potato steak cut fries. Steamed broccoli on the side. Home made banana custard for dessert. :)

  • Slop- hamburger, steamed fresh green beans, a little bit of cooked rice, onion, mixed with cheese, milk, and a can of cream of celery. Served with biscuits, sliced cucumbers, stewed pumpkin, and watermelon- those last 3 things came out of my garden, yum.
