My son just turn 1, still giving him breastmilk and formula. What is the kind of milk that i could give him after this? Is it homo? Is there only 1 kind of homo in store? What is best do you think?

  • Give him whole milk, and yes, all milk sold in stores is homogenized.

  • Whole milk. I use store brand because my store (Harris Teeter) doesn't buy milk that comes from cows that have been given hormones.

  • You can continue the breastmilk until you're ready to wean off of it. Put it in a cup
