My 5 year old has decided he wants to be a ghost for Halloween...

But I'm not sure how to create a ghost costume without the cheesy white sheet lol. I'm also not paying $30 for a crappy premade ghost costume. Plus it can't be anything too scary or else he'll scare himself. Who's creative?? How do I make a decent ghost??

  • My DD wanted to be a ghost last year and I went to the fabric store and bought a couple of yards of inexpensive white satin and used that.

  • Do the sheet.
It is simple, delightfully cliche, and AWESOME!

  • I did a sheet but I did not like the idea of the sheet over his head and visibility issues so I got a white hoodie and painted his face white and then but the sheet just over his shoulders with layers of tulle underneath to give fullness. He LOVED it. It is cold where we are so he also had white sweat pants and white shoes.
