FB requires a cover photo to be at least 399 pixels wide and 150 pixels tall. Why is it not taking one that is 850 x 315?

Is there a way to modify the size of the picture? A way to "re-pixelate" it? (Made that word up, not sure it's a word.)

  • I know nothing about this stuff, so take this idea for what it's worth. Could the file size of the photo be too big? That happened to me once whenI tried to upload a picture to Freecycle.

  • The file size might be too large. Otherwise, no clue. Maybe even though it's physically big enough, the quality isn't good enough at that size?
