Why oh why did i agree to a sleepover tonight?

right now there are 2 six year olds and 2 seven year olds in the playroom with the computer volume all the way up singing to One Direction. i can feel a migraine beginning to pulse in my right eye LOL

nah, they're not so bad really.... yet. the plan was to do make your own sundaes and watch a movie soon but im not so sure now that i want to get them more hyped up than they already are!

so to make this a question... would you rather have all the kids at your house or send your kid to someone else's house?

  • You are a saint! I like it when they have friends over, but like it more when they go home before bedtime, lol!

  • Lol! I got out of it tonight. I had 5 six yr old girls wanting to stay. So sorry, we have soccer in the morning. Bahahahahahaha! ( I laughed while doing an odd little gnome like dance too.)

I'd rather them be here. I know what they are doing and that my kid is safe.

  • I would rather them at my house. I actually supervise the kids, his friends parents don't always. Plus, they all like coming over and most of them are really good.

  • I know that gnome troll dance. Taught it to my kids over the summer.
I prefer the kids here. In fact, there is a batch of them here now.

LOL- DD tried to get a last minute sleepover, from school no less, yeah, "NO"!

  • We haven't gotten there yet... my boys only have girl-cousins close enough to come visit, but they're a little bit older than they are, and probably wouldn't be overly appropriate without their mother here. Besides, there are 4 of them, and I'm not entirely sure I could handle them all night, LOL! : )

    Troll-dance was AWESOME, btw!!!

  • I don't know, I can't remember the kids going anywhere but here. LOL
I KNOW DD went to a friend's house at least once.
You are an amazing woman but you can tell them to turn it down a bit and still be too awesome for words. Wait until they are teens. Oh I did not say that out loud, did I?

  • Brave girl! I've sent my daughter for a few sleepovers at a cousin's house, but I've never hosted one yet.
