  • You mean to miscarry and not be aware you were pregnant to begin with, so you think it's a heavier period than usual?

Or to know you're pregnant, and miscarry without any symptoms at all?

The first is pretty common, the second not so much.

  • 100% yes.
Comes on like a heavy period, and you just thought you were late.

  • I've had a missed miscarriage, where the baby had died and stopped developing but I hadn't miscarried at that point. That was during my 2nd pregnancy, if your pregnant I'd STOP reading all the horror stories posted online!

  • There would be heavy bleeding, but if you didn't know you were pregnant to start with, you might think you were just late with your cycle. It happens to women probably more times than they're ever aware of. Early pregnancy tests these days also let moms-to-be know about a lot of babies that have abnormalities and won't make it.
