  • I love homemade minestrone, I have a great recipe for roasted red pepper tomato soup, my mother's meatball soup that she made when I was a kid, and the Weight Watchers Taco Soup are some of my favorites. I just moved and haven't unpacked my cookbooks yet, but when i do I'll be happy to share!
