How long should I cook a bosten butt pork roast in a crock pot. It's about 3 and a half pounds

Please help. I want to cook it over night and have it ready by 1pm tomorrow. Thank you

  • Have you got a meat thermometer? Cook it till the pork reaches at least 165 degrees in the center, and be sure the tip of the thermometer is not touching a bone when you take the temp.

  • I would say about 8 hours, but Ballad is right, use a meat thermometer.

  • If you cook it overnight/all night. It will be done in the morning or at least before 1pm. I cook roast all day and they are done by dinner.
