  • 1 can of hot rotel

    1 16oz tomato sauce

    1 tomato

    green bell pepper

    jalapenos (can use spicier pepper)

    garlic salt

I think that is everything. My friend and I were in a contest to see who could get the hottest salsa and we used our husband's co-workers. I won.

  • Yes!
We use 4 small tomatoes (I use roma)
    1/2 a small onion
    1 clove of garlic
2 jalapenos (seeds in for spicy seeds out and washed for med.)
    A small bunch of cilantro
    2-3 tbs lime juice
2-3 tbs. hot pepper sauce (We use garlic Tabasco- with hold for milder sauce)
    a little salt

all in a food processor or finely chopped and mixed well to make more of a pico. Let it rest for 1-2 hours before serving.
