I'm looking for a corn casserole recipe. I can't find mine.

I haven't made it in a long time, and I can't recall all of the ingredients. It has cornbread mix, sour cream, frozen or canned corn and cheese. I think eggs and milk too. I've been googling, but can't seem to find the right one.

Any of you have a corn casserole recipe that your family loves?

  • 1 box of jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 can of cream corn
1 can of whole kernel corn (drained)
    4 tbsp of butter
    1 cup of sour cream
    1 cup of cheddar cheese
    2 eggs

Mix all ingredients together, except mix the sour cream in last. Bake at 350 for 45 min.

I used that recipe a week ago, except I used I used frozen cream corn instead. Frozen taste better to me.
