  • My old cat knew when I was pregnant. He never liked to cuddle, but when I was pregnant he was all over my belly. As soon as I had the baby, he went back to ignoring me.

Would I use that as a reliable pregnancy test? Ummm... NO. Take a test and be sure.

  • You can't go around telling people your pregnant just by how your dog acts. Go buy a test! Seriously it's not like tests are expensive either they have the dollar tree or dollar store tests that work pretty good. Don't see why people constantly post about "am I pregnant". If you want confirmation on a pregnancy take a test, don't rely on us or a dog to tell you if you are or not.

  • If you had sex and you are of a reproductive age, then yes it's possible. You shouldn't depend on an animal to indicate your pregnancy. My dog used to lick my feet and DH's ears.

  • Just test. Your dog is not a substitute for a pregnancy test.

  • I'd go with EPT over a dog's tongue, but who knows?
