my 4 year old has asthma, for the last few days he has had this barking cough, fever, and I noticed sob, does this warrent a trip to childrens or urgent care?

He is playing and eating some.

  • A barking cough is an indicator of croup. Definitely take him to the doctor.

    What is sob?
    He is crying when he coughs?
    Perhaps because he isn't able to breathe?
    When ever a child has has such a serious problem breathing it is best to seek the advice of medical professionals.
