What do you serve with stuffed peppers?

I do a crusty bread & mashed potatoes.

  • Nothing. They are a meal unto themselves. Maybe mashed potatoes but I use a lot of rice. I haven't made them in years though. Bread would work.

  • Salad, if anything. My peppers have meat, rice and cheese (and more)... so they don't really need anything with them.

  • Nothing. I really like stuffed peppers but nobody else in my house does. They all like what's inside but not the pepper. When I really get a craving for one, I will make just 2 peppers for me and then the stuffing for everyone else. I end up having the 2nd one for lunch the next day.

    I don't think you need to serve anything with it except maybe a drink. I make mine with rice, meat, tomatoes and cheese. What else do you need?

  • I love stuffed peppers! I usually serve sliced tomatoes or a caprese salad with them.

    Methinks its going on my menu for next week. Yumm :)
