What's for breakfast today?

We had a bagel sandwich with lox, cream cheese, capers and red onions. I had a bloody Mary and the girls had apple cider.

What did ya'll have? Do you have big breakfasts on Sundays? My mom use to make a gigantic breakfast every Sunday. I miss that. We'd all sit around the table passing around comics and the paper. Mom would clip her coupons. I miss that.

  • Baked French toast
2cup of brown sugar and 1/2cup butter melt the butter add the sugar and mix, then pour in the bottom of a pan. dip your Texas toast (I used 6 slices of thick cinnamon bread, and topped that with 6 slices of texas toast, each person gets one cinnamon and one texas toast) in egg wash as you normally would, layer the bread on top of the sugar mix, then top with tin foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes, then take off the foil an bake another 15 minutes
