Do u weigh yourself everyday? once a week once a month? or none?

I knew my pants were getting tighter but I had no idea just how much, I gained in the last couple of months over 10 lbs. I already feel discouraged as I have to work off what I burned before, so does anyone else keep flucating up and down with there weight? :(

  • Weekly if I'm actively trying to lose, otherwise, just randomly every few months.

    As for fluctuating - I can vary 5lbs in either direction from day to day due to water, another reason daily does me no good.

  • I weigh once a week on Mondays, that way I don't let the weekend screw over all my progress.
    I got very discouraged for a while that he number on the scale wasn't dropping, but you know my clothes did fit better, and I could actually do 15 Real pushups in a row and my calves had this awesome definition and I did 2 5k's and I was feeling good, then I just got mad because the number on he scale wasn't going anywhere. So I got super lazy stopped running stopped insanity, now I feel even worse about my body, so this morning was my first day back to running. It took me 43 minutes to go 3 miles today but that's ok, I need to work back to my 3 miles in 35 minutes.

  • I used to. But my scale's batteries went kaput and I haven't bought any, so I haven't weighed myself in 2 weeks... I think I actually lost weight without the addedpressure! LOL
    I'm thinking about not buying batteries at all :)

  • I weigh at the doctor's office, and that is it, I know if I need to lose a bit by the way my pants fit.

  • I do it randomly unless I'm trying to lose weight, then I weigh daily just to get an idea, and only write down my weight weekly in order to know how I'm progressing.

  • Once or twice a week. I have a talking scale, and I always hate to hear my weight announced out loud for God and everybody.
